About One More Cup
What exactly is One More Cup?
One More Cup is a premium cup-and-tea system: whole loose leaf tea, pre-measured inside a beautifully designed paper cup with a built-in plant-based filter. Just add hot or cold water. No brewing equipment, no training, no mess.
What teas are available?
We currently offer four expressions:
- Jasmine Tea — light and floral. Low caffeine.
- White Tea — soft, mellow, and naturally sweet. Low caffeine.
- Da Hong Pao — rich and toasty with a smooth, full body. Medium caffeine.
- Old Bush Shuixian (Lao Cong Shui Xian) — deep, woody, and remarkably smooth. Medium caffeine.
Is there any added sugar or flavoring?
No. All of our teas are 100% whole leaf, with no added sugar and no artificial flavoring. The fragrance of our jasmine tea comes from real jasmine blossoms through traditional scenting.
Where is the tea sourced from?
Our teas come from Fujian, China — the jasmine gardens of Fuzhou and the Wuyi Mountains. Our products are HACCP, FDA, and SGS certified.
Brewing
How do I brew it?
Hot brew: Add hot water, steep 3–5 minutes, and enjoy. You can refill with hot water for a second infusion.
Cold brew: Pour in about 1 oz (20–30 ml) of hot water to awaken the leaves, then top up with cold water.
Do I need to remove the tea leaves?
No. The tea stays in the cup behind the built-in filter, so there is nothing to remove.
What is the cup made of?
A double-layer, heat-insulated paper cup with a food-grade inner lining and a plant-based, biodegradable filter.
How should I store my tea?
Keep your tea in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odors.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00 and free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return my order?
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For food safety reasons, opened tea cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy.

Is One More Cup suitable for hotels?
Yes — this is one of our core offerings. We work with hotels, VIP lounges, wellness retreats, and corporate spaces to design complete tea corner experiences.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk supply?
